Amanda Vernon has been an invited and welcome guest to our diocese for a number of events: Junior High Festival, Senior High Rally, Women’s Discipleship Camp, and a meeting for Youth Ministers and Directors of Religious Education. Amanda Vernon has even written a song for the youth of our diocese which we will soon have up and running on our website. She’s become like an “adopted daughter” for us because it’s so rare to find one speaker-musician-songwriter who is so fun, dynamic, and easy to work with. It’s not every day that you find a young woman so on-fire for Jesus, who loves the Church, and proclaims the Gospel is such a versatile way! What can I say about Amanda and David? They will be the next Jason and Crystalina Evert of the Catholic world. What an amazing couple, so dedicated to God and to sharing the Good News! They are a perfect balance of deep reflection and dynamic proclamation. I love their dynamism, enthusiasm, and positive emphasis on God’s love for us! Their idea to reach out to young people with a website on Chastity and to come and speak on such an easy-to-work with format is brilliant! I’m happy to recommend them and give them my endorsement.

I have known David and Amanda for many years. I have never met anyone more committed to Christ or dedicated to reaching their generation with Christ's love. They have a special gift of calling young people to worship God and be a witness for Jesus Christ by living a chaste life!
